EQUIPMENT
We shoot a range of up-to-date high resolution digital DSLR cameras
and use professional high resolution lenses, able to produce very high quality 36x24" images,
35mm transparency and pro-print film.

Quality photographic services ... ever seen dark interiors with bright windows? We can overcome this problem and balance the lighting, to provide prestigious interior images - suitable for high end brochures. Aerial Photography ... Suitable for prestigious homes and real estate, beach front blocks and large properties. Anyone can take aerial photographs from an aircraft (if their game), but try getting in the correct position for optimum frame filling photography, while minimising air-time and costs, without a door! (we don't shoot through perspex/glass) - challenging. Also, you don't want to have to re-charter the aircraft and reshoot at additional expense - get it right the first time.
Also, aerial photography is a timely endeavour - light (sun location), tides, haze and weather frequently dictate the best shooting combinations. We are ready-to-go when mother-nature turns on the weather.

OUTPUT MEDIUMS
Photographs ... We will organise and print the photographs as you require them. Sizes range from 2x3" ( you could give these to clients as Property Invitation/Business cards) to 1 metre x 1 metre (all in traditional photographic print). Larger is available using UV stabilised ink-jet formats (billboards, big promotions).
Interactive CD-Roms ... We provide quality image CD-Roms for advertising and property promotion. At bulk prices, you can afford to send a "Property Porfolio" to any interested potential buyers. We can incorporate narration and music with the images to create a buying mood. The Cds can be made to run in either DVD players or computers (auto-running).
Video Production ... Sometimes a property justifies shooting a movie. Put this with a calming sound track and you have buyers that just can not say no. Videos can show the exterior (terrestrial and aerial) appearance and interior of homes with views where appropriate, as well as location and proximity to schools, beaches, shops, towns etc. These are provided on CD for DVD or computer, or Video tape. I have a recent private sale video if you would like to see one.
